This is a post with real scope for professional growth within a small, dynamic team. ### Main duties of the job You will manage a complex caseload spanning both Epilepsy and Parkinson's Disease, working across inpatient and outpatient settings. Clinical responsibilities include seizure management, anti-seizure medication titration, Parkinson's medication optimisation including dopaminergic therapies, SUDEP risk assessment, DVLA counselling, advance care planning, and mental health and psychosocial screening integrated into both pathways. You will lead and support practitioner-led clinics, contribute to ward-based neurology care, and act as a specialist resource for colleagues across the division. We are seeking a registered professional (HCPC or NMC) with relevant post-registration experience and a grounding in Epilepsy and/or Parkinson's Disease. Strong communication skills, a commitment to developing practice, and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
