\<p\>We have an exciting opportunity for a \<strong\>Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist\</strong\> to join our friendly team in our 0-19 Service.\</p\>\<p\>Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of school-aged children? Do you want to work in a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary team where your professional development is a priority? Were looking for an \<span class="single_desc_int_gb_word"\>enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to provide speech and language therapy \<span class="single_desc_int_gb_word"\>support\</span\> to pre-school and school age children with a wide range of speech, language and communication difficulties and their families, within the Wiltshire community\</span\>.\</p\>\<p\>\<strong\>Key Responsibilities:\</strong\>\</p\>\<ul\>\<li\>To work \<span class="single_desc_int_gb_word"\>independently, with responsibility and accountability to manage and prioritise caseloads of pre-school and school aged children with a wide range of speech, language and communication difficulties in the community\</span\>.\</li\>\<li\>To offer assessment and differential diagnosis of a \<span class="single_desc_int_gb_word"\>childs communication difficulties through use of formal and informal assessment, specialist knowledge and consultation with parents and other professionals involved in their care
