About You: - HCPC-registered Biomedical Scientist with specialist Haematology and Blood Transfusion experience. - Confident working independently and maintaining high standards under pressure. - Strong communication and organisational skills. The Haematology Department operates across two laboratories (KGH and QH), managed as a single service. While staff may be asked to work across both sites, this role will be primarily based at KGH on the 24/7 day and night rota.
