This is a great opportunity if you are looking to move into a senior position or to develop your experience further. The service actively supports personal development for all staff. Within this role you will be involved in weekly in-service training sessions. We also provide an additional therapy band 6 development programme to support leadership skills. With any role within UHB, each post comes with the support of our team & managers. This is extended by support from our School of Nursing, AHPs & Midwifery. You will support the supervision of band 5 physiotherapists, assistant staff & students on placement. Key skills for this post include confidence in communication, leadership, collaborative working with peers, clinical reasoning, prioritisation, delegation and time management, and a personal desire to develop.
