- Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, adapting interventions and care plans as appropriate to meet changing needs.
- Support service users in completing clinical outcome measures and contribute to ongoing risk assessment and management.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate:

- Current HCPC registration.
- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Previous experience working within mental health services or community-based settings.
- Sound knowledge of evidence-based mental health interventions and recovery-focused practice.
- Strong understanding of medications, including administration, side effects, and ongoing management.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and clinical reasoning skills.
