The post holder will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to service improvement, and ensure compliance with safeguarding, risk management, and clinical governance standards. Responsibilities include line management, staff development, training, and fostering a positive learning environment. The role also includes delivering and supporting nurse-led dressing clinics for post-operative skin cancer patients, providing specialist care, wound management, and patient education.
