This is a fabulous opportunity for someone looking to upskill from a Band 5 position with full support and training offered. We are looking for an experienced registered nurse to join our dedicated and highly professional team of Community/District nurses working in Aylsham and surrounding areas. This role will offer the opportunity for both clinical and leadership development, whilst working in a caring, friendly and supportive team. ### Main duties of the job You will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of complex patients with a wide variety of health needs of acute or chronic presentation, visiting them within their own homes, care homes, the travelling community and in clinics.  We are looking for a nurse who is committed to delivering high standards of care.  You will supervise Band 5 Community Nurses and other members of the nursing team, and work closely with the therapy staff to assist the patient to achieve maximal function and independence.  In addition, you will support the Clinical Lead Nurse with managerial responsibilities.
