This is a city wide service that offers personalised specialist nursing support to children & families with a variety of highly complex physical health needs. We provide bespoke commissioned packages of care to children within their own homes, schools and other community locations. The service operates seven days a week and 24 hours a day. If you are an experienced Children’s Nurse with enhanced clinical skills and have advanced communication skills you may be who we are looking for to join our busy team. This post will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop rewarding therapeutic relationships with children & families in a community setting. The post holder will be responsible for delivering high quality nursing care according to agreed standards which are set and monitored.
