\<h2\>Job Introduction\</h2\>\<p\>As a Band 5 Ward Nurse, you will join our valued Neuro Stroke Team on Sapphire Ward at Gravesham Community Hospital. This is a rewarding opportunity to support patients recovering from stroke and neurological conditions, helping them regain independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Sapphire Ward is a specialist 21-bed neurological rehabilitation unit where you will work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, patient-centred care. You will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, building meaningful relationships with patients and their families while making a genuine difference to their recovery and quality of life. Whether you are newly qualified or looking to further develop your clinical skills, you will join a supportive team environment where learning, development and collaboration are actively encouraged.\</p\>\<h2\>Package Description\</h2\>\<p\>You will be joining a dedicated and supportive neuro rehabilitation team who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and achieving the best possible outcomes for patients recovering from stroke and neurological conditions.
