Perform and record clinical observations including blood pressure, temperature, respirations, and pulse. Providing emotional support to patients and relatives. Undertake clinical tasks including wound care, administration of medication, catheterisation, blood glucose monitoring, and many any other clinical intervention. Accurately record nutritional and fluid intake. Liaise daily with the multi-disciplinary team Ensure the privacy, dignity and safety of individuals is maintained at all times.
