The day case unit is a 30 bedded elective surgical unit. Candidates will be admitting patients and caring fro them post operatively., specialities include Gynaecology, Trauma and Orthopaedic, General surgery and Ophthalmology. The Discharge Lounge is a busy unit faciliating the hospitals discharges, candiates will need knowledge and understanding of the discharge process. ### Main duties of the job The candidate will require knowledge and understanding of pre and post operarive care, caring for patients undergoing different procedures.
