We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and hard working Band 5 Specialist Sedation Dental Nurse to join the Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine and Unscheduled Dental Care nursing team at Birmingham Dental Hospital. The post holder will need to hold a post qualification in conscious sedation covering both IV and Inhalation Sedation and should be able to evidence CPD and Sedation Case Log. Working Days: Monday and Friday The post holder is expected to work between Monday to Saturday between the hours of 08:00 to 20:00 to support the service need. - To work flexibly within a dental team providing high quality care to a wide spectrum of patients across localities within the Dental Service, based at Birmingham Dental Hospital (BDH) and Community Dental Services (CDS) including Mobile Clinics and/or additional external sites as required. Dental Nurses will be expected to work flexibly across the Dental Hospital and within our outreach sites. To provide chair side assistance to clinicians within the dental service.
