Senior Dental Nurses will be responsible for the efficient operation in the Restorative Departments within the Birmingham Dental Hospital and work alongside Specialist Dental Nurses to support the Division’s aim of providing high quality care for patients. Post holders will be expected to work flexibly across different sites/departments where dental treatment is provided. There is a requirement to work autonomously to manage a team and use significant discretion when clinical and staffing issues arise. ### Main duties of the job The role involves maintaining high standards of patient care, supporting dental services, managing clinical duties, ensuring equipment maintenance, and adhering to health and safety protocols. It includes staff training, auditing, risk management, incident handling, and liaising with departments for service improvement.
