We have 2 posts available, based in the city of Leicester. We offer 6 monthly rotations in in-patient medical rehabilitation, community therapy, MSK, community neuro, adult mental health, and adult learning disabilities. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of an effective team within the rotation, providing high-quality patient care to services across Community Health Services. You will work clinically in all services mentioned, developing valuable physiotherapy skills across a wide range of specialist services. You will be supported in your development to become a highly skilled autonomous practitioner. You will work in a variety of teams working closely with other professions in the MDT. The successful candidate will: - Have relevant qualifications and HCPC registration. - Have excellent communication skills. - Show evidence of ability to organise and prioritise own workload. - Have the ability to work sensitively and effectively with patients and their carers. - Work well both individually and as part of a team. - Demonstrate the ability to accept responsibility and use initiative. - Be able to carry out moderate to intense physical effort throughout the working day. - Displays LPT trust values and behaviours. - Be able to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
