We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our Intermediate Care Team. This role is ideal for a newly qualified Occupational Therapist or someone looking to build their experience within rehabilitation, reablement and community services. Working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will support people to regain their independence, achieve their goals and remain safely in their own homes following illness, injury or hospital admission. About the Role As a Band 5 Occupational Therapist, you will manage your own caseload, carrying out holistic assessments and delivering person-centred interventions that promote recovery, independence and wellbeing.
