You will be joining a small and supportive team of occupational therapists working on the inpatient older adult ward of Aspen who support adults with function mental health conditions. The team consists of OT's and OT support staff who work alongside physiotherapists, arts psychotherapists, psychology staff as well as the wider nursing and medical team, providing specialist assessments and interventions, supporting patients in their recovery and community discharge.

### Main duties of the job

The role will involve carrying a caseload, assessing and providing treatment plans for older adults with functional mental illness, and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team in assessing and planning needs on discharge from hospital, to support occupation, recovery and safety in the community.
