This is a city wide service that offers specialist nursing support to children & families with a variety of complex physical health needs. We provide clinical interventions to children within their own homes, schools and other community locations. The service operates seven days a week and also provides an out of hours ‘on-call’ service. The post holder will be responsible for a defined caseload of children delivering high quality nursing care according to agreed standards which are set and monitored.
