They will assist in the process of gaining effective service user feedback and develop and maintain a resource that enables the division to seek service user views to inform service design, planning, delivery and improvement. The post holder will also provide support for a range of service user network and training sessions for service user peer mentors to maximise co-production and co-delivery.
