The post holder will inspire, assist and work alongside service users, healthcare and prison staff and external agencies to promote the recovery of service users with the aim of empowering service users to make positive and productive transitions from forensic to community settings.

They will assist in the process of gaining effective service user feedback and develop and maintain a resource that enables the division to seek service user views to inform service design, planning, delivery and improvement.

The post holder will also provide support for a range of service user network and training sessions for service user peer mentors to maximise co-production and co-delivery. They will also assist providing peer mentors with structured induction packages and bespoke supervision support.

### Main duties of the job

- To provide support to allocated groups of service users to promote recovery focused outcomes.
- Multi Agency working with a range of partners within the public Healthcare and private sectors (Datus, Foundation to Change, Alcohol Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous, Enhanced Reconnect, Hep C Trust).
- Assist in facilitating groups of service user Wellbeing Navigator (WBN) healthcare champions.
- Promote patient engagement and feedback relating to health awareness and co-production in service planning, delivery, evaluation and quality assurance.
- Provide administration duties for service user group attendance and WBN feedback and Family & Friends Test (FFT) data.
- Escort service users to and from groups sessions.
