- Able to stand long periods of time, bend to clean high and low and use cleaning chemicals.

### Experience

**Essential**

- - Significant previous experience at a supervisory level of catering supervision in a restaurant / hospitality operation
- - Experience supervising staff, including training, developing, and supervising a frontline service team.
- Experience working with infection control protocols and procedures, especially in clinical dining environments.
- Experience ensuring compliance with food hygiene, allergen procedures, health and safety, and infection control standards. safety, and infection control standards.
