If you are passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred care, thrive in a busy clinical environment and enjoy working as part of a highly skilled team, we'd love to hear from you.. ### Main duties of the job - As a Registered Nursing Associate, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective and compassionate care to patients throughout their Emergency Department journey. You will work closely with Registered Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to assess, monitor and support patients with a variety of acute illnesses, injuries and emergency conditions. You will undertake a range of clinical skills appropriate to your competence, contribute to the timely assessment and treatment of patients, and help maintain patient flow within the department. The role offers opportunities to develop specialist emergency care skills while supporting patients and their families during often challenging and unpredictable situations. The post holder will work within their scope of practice under the direction of a Registered Nurse while exercising accountability for delegated aspects of patient care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code.
