We are looking for a motivated and organised Housekeeping / Domestic Team Leader to support the delivery of high-quality cleanliness, housekeeping and patient meal service standards across Moseley Hall Hospital and West Heath Hospital. Working closely with, and deputising for, the Band 5 Housekeeping Manager, you will help coordinate day-to-day domestic and housekeeping services, support staff allocation, monitor standards and provide practical leadership to ensure safe, clean and welcoming environments for patients, visitors and colleagues. You will support the Housekeeping Manager in the effective coordination of services, helping to ensure that cleaning schedules, patient meal service requirements, safe staffing levels and quality standards are maintained across the sites. You will provide visible, hands-on leadership to domestic and housekeeping staff, supporting daily operational priorities, responding to service issues and helping the team deliver a responsive patient-focused service seven days per week. In the absence of the Housekeeping Manager, you will deputise as required, escalating risks and issues appropriately while maintaining service continuity.
