### Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to work within Health and Justice Vulnerability service based at various custody suites and on occasions Birmingham Magistrates and Crown Court. The Team Administrator role is a central role within the service, ensuring that comprehensive and confidential support is provided to the Clinical teams based on site.  You will answer incoming calls to the team and must present a friendly and approachable manner and possess excellent communication and personal skills.

### Main duties of the job

The successful applicant must be able to work using their own initiative and will be flexible and motivated. They will have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including word and excel and will be able to collate and monitor data from spreadsheets. The successful applicant will be required to meet deadlines, and be able to work under pressure.  They must have the ability to manage their time effectively to meet the needs of the teams.

The successful applicant will have an NVQ Level II in Business Admin and have previous experience of working with RiO or other clinical systems.

Previous experience of working as a band 3 administrator within the NHS is advantageous.
