The Team Administrator is an exciting role supporting South Unplanned Community Nursing Teams with the administrative function that enable clinical care to be delivered in patient homes.  The vacancy is for 1  post working 37.5 hours over a 7 day rota which includes weekends and bank holidays (enhancements paid for weekend and bank holiday shifts). Current hours will be between 0800-1800.

To work closely with clinical staff utilising electronic patient systems to support management of urgent referrals and allocation of clinical visits.

To provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team including typing of letters, minutes of meetings and other documentation.

Implement and maintain central filing systems for patient records, patient information, care plan documentation and staff documentation. Undertake office duties such as photocopying and replenishing information as required by the District Nurses.

Answer non-clinical queries from clients and their relatives seeking advice from the Nursing Staff.
