We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Therapy Assistant to join our established multidisciplinary team on the neuro rehabilitation ward working with patients that have had Strokes and other neurological conditions such Traumatic Brain Injury. The role will include supporting inpatients with their rehabilitation at Moseley Hall Hospital. We are looking for a dynamic, organised, and enthusiastic Therapy Assistant to work closely alongside our Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, to support and deliver progressive rehabilitation programmes, aiding our patients to reach their maximum functional abilities and achieve their goals. The role can be physically demanding but very rewarding. The successful candidate will require good written and verbal communication skills and be computer literate. The post holder will be supported to work through Band 3 Therapy Assistant Competencies, with training provided as required. Please note: The split of time between working with the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy teams may fluctuate depending on the needs of the patients and service. ### Main duties of the job - To assist the Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists with the assessment and ongoing therapeutic management of Neuro In-Patients.
