You will receive full training within Theatres and through our structured apprenticeship programme, with clear progression routes. We have 16 operating theatres across both hospital sites, covering a wide range of specialties including Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Vascular, ENT, Trauma, Gynaecology, Maxillofacial, Pain Management, and Obstetrics. This role includes working varied shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and nights. Alongside the role you will complete the Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker – Theatre pathway apprenticeship. If you already hold a Healthcare qualification at Level 3 or above or have extensive experience working as a Healthcare Assistant, then you are not eligible to apply for this post.
