An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the inpatients - Adults and Specialist Rehabilitation Division, to support our clinical services.

The working hours are between Monday - Sunday 8-8.

### Main duties of the job

The posts will cover a range of administrative duties, predominately data input, photocopying, telephone answering, monitoring of generic/personal email accounts, scheduling of appointments, pulling patient records.   Experience working on Rio.  Welcoming visitors.

## Person Specification

### Experience

**Essential**

- - Experience of using word processing packages
- - Experience in a similar administrative/business support role

**Desirable**

- - Experience working in the NHS or public sector.

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- - GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English

### Skills/knowledge

**Essential**

- - Knowledge of database input, producing standard reports
- - Knowledge of electronic patient information systems, Ability to input accurately
- - Good organisation skills
- - IT skills including word, excel and outlook
- - Customer service experience

### Personal qualities

- - Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- - Willingness to undertake training as required
