This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a skilled clinician passionate about supporting individuals with personality disorder (PD) and complex emotional needs to achieve meaningful recovery. In this role, you will lead the development, delivery and evaluation of a tiered programme of recovery-focused, psychoeducational courses designed to empower individuals and carers to better understand and manage emotional intensity. You will play a key role in shaping high-quality, NICE-informed interventions, ensuring services are co-produced with people who use services, carers and partner organisations. As a senior member of the multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership, line management and supervision to staff, supporting their professional development while fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a confident and forward-thinking clinician with expertise in therapeutic approaches such as DBT, CBT or ACT, and a strong commitment to recovery-oriented practice.
