This post is fixed-term to provide maternity leave cover. You will work with care homes to meet the needs of people with dementia using psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based interventions.   We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about improving quality of life for people with dementia, their carers and families, and share a commitment to compassionate, person-centred practice.   This is a fantastic development opportunity for newly qualified Psychologists. We can offer you regular clinical and management supervision, continuing professional development (CPD), and links with the University of Surrey Clinical Psychology Doctoral Training Programme. You will be supported by your colleagues in the Trust-wide Intensive Support Team, and by the wider Older Adults Psychology team that works across community and inpatient services. Both of these teams are committed to shared learning, service improvement and advocacy for older people.
