If you're ready to bring your skills and compassion to a role that truly transforms lives wed love to hear from you. ### Main duties of the job - To provide a consistent, effective, accessible and appropriate 0-19 Service for children, young people and their families - To participate in the needs assessment of local populations and work collaboratively to improve public health. - To maintain effective communication with children, young people, their families and carers and professionals and all other agencies involved in client care ensuring individualised client centred approach. - To have an understanding and awareness of the nurses responsibility in safeguarding vulnerable clients, including children, young people and adults. - To work in collaboration with parent/carers and other professionals including statutory and voluntary agencies. - To be responsible for the delivery of public health and universal and targeted interventions across the 0-19 years age range.
