### Main duties of the job

Working alongside experienced Product Managers and Engineers, you'll help turn ideas into valuable digital products that improve services for our customers and patients. You'll: Develop a deep understanding of healthcare pathways, customer needs and operational workflows Identify opportunities where digital products can improve services, reduce manual processes and create better outcomes Support the Product Manager in shaping and maintaining the product roadmap based on evidence, customer value and business priorities Work collaboratively with Engineering teams to deliver iterative improvements and continuous value Help define product success by focusing on measurable outcomes rather than simply delivering features Build strong relationships with operational teams, customers and internal stakeholders Support product discovery, user research and problem-solving activities Monitor adoption of new digital solutions and identify opportunities for further improvement Contribute ideas that help shape future products and enhance the overall customer experience

You're someone who enjoys asking questions, understanding how things work and finding smarter ways to solve problems.

You'll ideally have experience in:

- Business Analysis, Product Support or a Digital Delivery environment
- Working with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities
- Supporting digital projects or technology implementations
- Process mapping or analysing operational workflows
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical teams

We're looking for someone who:

- Is curious, analytical and enjoys solving complex problems
- Thinks about outcomes rather than simply completing tasks
- Can communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
- Builds trusted relationships and enjoys working collaboratively
