You'll work as part of a friendly, skilled community stroke team, supporting patients across their recovery journey. You'll deliver care guided by Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, and Nursing colleagues. Your work will help people regain skills, confidence and quality of life after stroke, both at home and in community settings. Core Hours are 0800 to 1800, with a typical working day being 0800 to 1600 Monday to Friday, however, there is the opportunity to work condensed hours to enable a more flexible working pattern.
