Please note that the post will be closed early if we reach our limit on applications. ### Main duties of the job The applicant will spend half of the week supporting the stroke service and the other half working within the breathlessness service.   They will be completing screenings and assessments of patients mental health needs, as well as offering therapeutic support to patients and family members.  They will also work closely with members of the multidisciplinary team  to support them to understand the patients psychological needs.   There may also be opportunities to be involved with neurorehabilitation and screening.
