### Job overview

We are looking for someone who to join our specialist Forensic Community Team who is passionate and motivated. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical skills while working with adults with complex risks, needs, and forensic history, in a community setting.

Working alongside qualified psychologists and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to psychological assessment, formulation and intervention, outcome monitoring, and service development. You will gain valuable experience of risk, recovery, and reintegration, supported by regular supervision and opportunities for professional development.

We are looking for someone who is reflective, motivated, and compassionate with a genuine interest in forensic and community psychology. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to risk reduction and supporting people to build safer, more fulfilling lives in the community.

## Person Specification

### Experience

**Essential**

- Experience of working in relevant area, either voluntary or paid
- Experience of working collaboratively with others
- Experience in designing projects and analysing the outputs
- Competent in the use of SPSS for Windows including setting up databases, statistical analysis and presentation of results

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Psychology degree accredited by BPS* at 2.1 or above OR
- Psychology degree accredited by BPS* at 2.2 and additional relevant Masters qualification OR
- Degree plus Masters level conversion qualification accredited by BPS* *BPS – British Psychological Society
