We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a passion for stroke, in stroke to join our excellent established interdisciplinary team. The team consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapist, Specialist Nurses, clerical officer and Assistant Practitioners. The team is based in Darlaston, and works primarily in a community setting in the Walsall and surrounding areas. We are a innovative and progressive team who encourage a person centred approach to rehab. PLEASE NOTE, WE MAY CLOSE THIS VACANCY EARLY IF WE RECEIVE HIGH NUMBERS OF APPLICATIONS. ### Main duties of the job The successful candidate will assist in the rehabilitation of patients post stroke, in their own homes. With guidance from qualified staff members, they will facilitate client participation in their treatment / rehabilitation programmes for all disciplines. They will support the team with data collection and audits to continually improve the service. They autonomous practitioners and will be responsible for organising, prioritising and planning their own workload to meet client and service priorities. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities Please see the attached job description and person specification for further details relating to this post.
