The role is a Peripatetic and will cover Aneurin Bevan / Cardiff & Vale / Cwm Taf / Swansea Bay / Hywel Dda University Health Board sites, as and when required. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. ### Main duties of the job The post holder will support the Logistics & Materials Management Business Partner and wider team with the rollout of the Supply X Stock Management System and Scan for Safety programme across Health Board sites within Wales. They will assist with implementation and go-live activities, carrying out tasks such as stock reviews, stock counts, data collection, stock labelling, system data entry and record maintenance to support the successful introduction of inventory management systems. The post holder will use a range of computer systems and software applications to maintain accurate inventory records, update information, and assist with the collection and reporting of data in line with established procedures. Working under the direction of the Logistics & Materials Management Business Partner, Materials Managers and Project Team members, the post holder will undertake delegated duties across Health Board sites and provide practical support to implementation activities. The post holder will communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, clinical and non-clinical staff, responding to routine enquiries and providing information as required.
