An exciting opportunity has arisen to join NHS Grampian Occupational Health Services as Assistant Business and Administration Manager.

We are looking for an experienced and well-organised manager to support the day-to-day leadership of the service’s business and administration function. You will work with colleagues across Occupational Health Services to ensure that administrative processes are efficient, staff are supported and the teams provide a responsive and reliable service.

The role will include supervising and managing administration staff, allocating and prioritising workloads, supporting attendance and performance, and helping staff through operational and system changes. You will also contribute to the development of administrative procedures, digital workflows, information governance, data quality, reporting and service improvement.
