Interventional Cardiology – Golden Jubilee National Hospital

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Arrhythmia Nurse (Band 6) to join the Interventional Cardiology team at the Golden Jubilee National Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a nationally recognised Electrophysiology (EP) and Cardiac Device service, supporting patients across the complete arrhythmia care pathway.

As an Arrhythmia Nurse, you will work autonomously while contributing as a key member of the multidisciplinary EP and Device team. You will support patients being considered for, undergoing, and recovering from electrophysiology procedures and device implantation, delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based, person‑centred care.

The role involves comprehensive care coordination, patient education and specialist advice, as well as active participation in MDT discussions, audit, service development and quality improvement. You will also provide clinical leadership, supporting education and development of nursing colleagues, and deputising for the Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist when required.

We are looking for a registered nurse with significant experience in interventional cardiology or arrhythmia services, who is confident making complex clinical decisions and working across professional and organisational boundaries. A commitment to continuing professional development is essential.

This role offers the chance to be part of a forward‑thinking service, contributing to innovation, research, audit and the ongoing development of arrhythmia services at a national level.

If you are an experienced nurse looking to specialise further and make a meaningful impact on patient care, we would welcome your application.
