The Mission of the ARMS Service is to put people in control of their care, we will maximise opportunities for individuals and their families by enabling them to look beyond their limitations to achieve their goals and aspirations. ### Main duties of the job The ARMS Recovery-Co-ordinator will be responsible for coordinating the care of clients with high-level At Risk Mental State (ARMS) within the ARMS Service. For further details please see attached job description. ## Person Specification ### Knowledge **Essential** - Extensive knowledge and understanding of psychosis. - Excellent knowledge and understanding of young people’s mental health - Excellent knowledge and skills in risk management **Desirable** - Understanding of Ultra high risk/ At risk mental state. ### Skills/Experience **Essential** - Experience of working in an acute/community mental health setting - Competent in leading and prioritising in a busy environment - Provide care to promote social inclusion **Desirable** - Experience of working within young people’s mental wellbeing services - Experience of working in Substance misuse services - Experience of working with neuropsychological conditions ### Personal Qualities **Essential** - Shares the Trust’s Beliefs and models this in their attitude and behaviour ### Additional Requirements **Essential** - Current driving licence ### Education/Qualifications **Essential** - Educated to degree level or equivalent with evidence of further study.
