The post would suit an enthusiastic Applied Psychologist or Psychological Therapist, valuing the opportunity to work collaboratively with members of a well-established multi-disciplinary team. A key part of this role will be using clinical leadership skills to embed formulations, psychological understanding, and psychosocial interventions in everyday practice. The post holder will work across the treatment & intervention team and the community hub delivering effective, safe, and compassionate care. As a service, we are keen to support and invest in the ongoing development of our Psychology Professionals through CPD opportunities, so an interest in developing clinical skills across a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches is essential. As a service we are responsive to the wellbeing of our psychology team and place a strong emphasis on self-care and supporting one another.
