This is an exciting time to join our service as we create a new North East Oxfordshire team in order to better meet the growing population of the Bicester, Kidlington, Islip, Woodstock and Yarnton locality. We are seeking experienced mental health nurses ready to embrace innovative ways of working in line with the Community Mental Health Framework. If you are motivated by positive change and want to be part of the setting up and creation of the team from the outset, alongside existing committed staff who currently cover that area out of Oxford City, we would love to hear from you. Together you will form a innovative and caring service build upon the values of Oxford Health. Working alongside a range of clinical professionals and closely with third sector partners to provide high-quality, holistic, person-centred care. You will benefit from regular supervision, access to professional forums, and ongoing training opportunities to support your career progression and enhance your skills. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00). Due to the nature of the role, the ability to travel independently across Trust sites and to conduct home visits is essential and not all areas are accessible via public transport.
