People currently undergoing ACP training are eligible to apply for Band 7 and people who have completed the training are eligible to apply for Band 8a. Applicants must hold an ACP qualification or be currently undertaking an ACP programme to be considered for this post. Currently there are two Home Treatment Team within the Older Adult Service which the post holder will work across: - Croydon Home Treatment Team based at the Bethlem Royal Hospital - Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham (LSL) Home Treatment Team based at the Maudsley Hospital The post holder will support the clinical team leader in providing clinical leadership and managerial oversight for the allocated caseload.
