### Job summary

Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Advanced Practitioner to join our team and provide expert, autonomous practice across our community services. This is a senior clinical role for a registered health or social care professional with a Master's level qualification (or equivalent) in Advanced Clinical Practice and an NHSE 'Advanced' digital badge.

You will deliver high level assessment, complex clinical decision making, evidence based interventions and personalised care for people with diverse and often challenging needs. Working across the four pillars of advanced practice, you will contribute to clinical leadership, education, research, quality improvement and service development.

As a visible clinical leader, you will collaborate with senior managers, APs, Consultant Practitioners and multiprofessional teams to ensure safe, effective, high quality care. You will provide supervision to trainee APs and support staff development within a culture of continuous learning.

You will also play a key role in service innovation, audit, safeguarding, governance, and improvement of patient pathways. A minimum of 20% of your time will be dedicated to nonclinical advanced practice activities.
