The Intermediate Care team is passionate about training and education and the successful candidate will be expected to provide teaching on a regular basis and will have the opportunity to receive in-house training and complete CPD courses as appropriate. ### Main duties of the job The Advanced Nurse Practitioner will hold a caseload and will manage follow up and undertake initial assessment on patients in the community.
