You will: - Provide advanced assessment, formulation, diagnosis, and management of individuals presenting with a wide range of mental health conditions, including severe mental illness, personality disorder, trauma related needs, complex dual diagnoses. - You will promote best practice, clinical supervision, and a culture of reflection and learning, by pro-actively leading and motivating the team. You will support and work alongside clinical leads and team members to deliver training sessions to healthcare and prison staff on mental health, risk, trauma, behaviour management. - You will participate in internal and external inspections, reviews and professional meetings which will drive quality improvement and contribute to service transformation projects within the mental health pathway - Work alongside the clinical lead to contribute to service development, provide clinical leadership across pathways, and support the delivery of trauma informed, person centred, and safe care. Qualifications required: - Registered Nurse Mental Health, with current NMC registration.
