What do I need Essential - Current professional registration with the Nursing and midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) with no conditions or restrictions. - Experience working in a GP practice setting (2+ years preferred). - Advanced clinical assessment, examination and decision-making skills. - Non-Medical Prescriber (V300) qualification. - Level 7 Clinical Examination and Diagnostics qualification. - Ability to practise autonomously and manage complex clinical presentations. Desirable - MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or working towards completion). - Evidence of leadership, service improvement or teaching contributions.
