Oncology CSU is part of Leeds Cancer Centre; we are one of the largest cancer centres in the UK and provide some of the most up-to-date treatment, care and support for people with cancer in Yorkshire. ### Main duties of the job The Advanced Practitioner (AP) will use their specialist knowledge and skills to provide healthcare independently to patients in the acute oncology setting. The AP is accountable for the total episode of care for patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed needs. Specifically, this AP will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing and treating acute oncology patients who present to the acute oncology assessment area (J95).
