We are looking for an ACP with relevant and recent Perinatal Mental health experience. CQC recently rated the Service as Outstanding and we are investing in Clinical Leadership in the Perinatal CMHT is part of the ambition to provide excellent, and advanced Clinical Care to Mums and families in the Perinatal Period. Providing advanced clinical expertise, judgement and care planning as part of an excellent Multi-disciplinary team the role holder will have the opportunity to work autonomously to provide the best standard in care provision. Promoting recovery based care programmes and setting high standards for the delivery of care to service users and their families and be responsible for delivering high quality perinatal services. Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team providing Services to women in the perinatal period. Contribute to the medical prescribing provision within the team through supportive dedicated non-medical prescribing.
