You will be expected to use your professional judgement to make decisions, and the role will include close working with medics, nurse specialists and pharmacists across numerous specialities, including paediatric rheumatology, paediatric cystic fibrosis, paediatric neurology, adult multiple sclerosis and adult neurology.

In addition to leading on the verification of homecare, the post holder will also undertake audit work related to medicines governance and medicines management at a ward level, work clinically on ward areas and have regular operational duties in the dispensary. As a senior technician; the post holder will also provide support and training to nursing staff, pharmacy technicians, junior pharmacists and students.
