### Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join the Breast Services team at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

We welcome applications from experienced ACPs, including those with a Surgical Care Practitioner background, who are looking to develop their expertise within a dynamic and progressive breast service. Applicants should demonstrate advanced autonomous clinical practice, sound clinical judgement and a strong commitment to delivering safe, compassionate and patient-centred care.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care across both symptomatic and cancer pathways.
