We are a small, friendly and motivated team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. We welcome applications from developing Band 5/6 clinicians interested in this specialist area. The role offers a varied outpatient caseload including Dysphonia, Inducible Laryngeal Obstruction, Cough Hypersensitivity Syndrome and Stammering. You will be supported by the Clinical Lead and Clinical Specialist, with training, supervision and opportunities to work alongside experienced colleagues. Therapy is delivered across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, with regular team meetings and CPD to support learning and service development. Our wider county-wide service has strong links with acute colleagues and a dedicated administration team. With around 30 clinicians from Bands 48a, we prioritise holistic care and support staff to develop their skills and interests. To liaise with other professionals involved in patients' care as appropriate. To continue to develop your knowledge and skills, a process which we prioritise through a commitment to CPD in both internal and external training with protected time for CPD / professional reflection / mandatory training. Your development is supported by your annual appraisal and regular clinical and managerial supervision. To work both independently and as part of a team, being part of regular team meetings and contributing to the excellent support network which underpins our Service.
